Travel Grants

Dear WFITN Member,
The WFITN hereby announces 10 travel grants for the 2019 meeting in Naples.
The aim of these grants is to facilitate WFITN members coming from less prosperous areas of the world, to participate in the Naples WFITN Congress.
Please fill all fields in the Application form below to apply for travel grant for the 2019 meeting in Naples.
We remind you that a grant may be given to a physician who:

• Is a WFITN member or has applied for membership and payed his/her dues;
• Practices in a low or middle income area of the world (2019 World Bank assessment);
• Is 40 years or younger;
• Is a Neurosurgeon, Neurologist or Neuroradiologist, board certified or in training, and practicing neurointervention;
• Has submitted an abstract, poster or eposter to the WFITN congress, and this scientific communication has been accepted for presentation.

Applications must be submitted 90 days before the congress (July, 21 2019).
The WFITN scientific committee will select the grantees, which will be notified as soon as the scientific committee will have duly assessed the abstracts/posters.
The grants will be managed by the WFITN and will be transferred to the grantee at his/her arrival to the congress. WFITN will prepay the registration fee but the grantee will have to arrange transportation and accommodation by himself/herself.
