Are you a WFITN member?

To benefit from the WFITN member discount for the WFITN congress 2019, you will be asked to provide your membership receipt dated in 2019.
If you attended the WFITN 2017 without subscribing for the membership in 2019, you’re not entitled to the WFITN member discount this year.

Cancellation

Registration cancellations must be made in written form to the Congress Secretariat.
Before September 1, 2019: 80% refund (20% processing fee)
After September 1, 2019: No registration refunds will be made after this date
As an alternative to cancelling, you may transfer your registration to another member of your organisation, subject to a
Euro 30 processing fee.

Confirmation of Registration

Participants will receive a confirmation email at the end of the registration.
Registrations will be finalized and complete once the Congress Secretariat (E&C; srl) receives the payment.

Letter of Invitation

If you require a letter of invitation please notify the Congress Secretariat.
Invitations are meant to support participants to apply for travel grants and visa. It does not imply any commitment from the Congress Administration to provide financial support.
